How quickly will I receive my DVD?
You can select various shipping speeds for international shipping. Please read the International Shipping Order Form for details for the current year.

Will my DVD work in my DVD player?
The DVDs are compatible with at least 95% of DVD players, and almost 100% of all DVD players purchased within the last four years. The DVDs are not region-specific, so it will be similar to watching the DVD in the United States.

Do you offer translated audio?
Not at this time. The DVD will be same as if it were being shipped within the United States, with the exact audio from the ceremony.

How are returns handled?
All sales are final for internationally shipped products. If the DVD is defective, or has been damaged during shipping, please complete and mail the International Shipping Return Form. In lue of the Return Form, one may simply send the damaged DVD to Cade Productions for an instant replacement.
