How will I receive my DVD?

We ship directly to the address you provide us on the order form you sumbit in the mail or online.
 

When will I recieve my DVD?

Typically, we ship the DVDs 4-6 weeks after the graduation filming date.
 

What is included in the DVD? Is there a demo?

The features on your DVD will vary depending on your school. The most updated list of features for your DVD can be found here. The DVD always includes the full-length graduation ceremony (speeches, songs, diplomas, etc.) and generally includes extra features such as highlights from the Grad Party or a Senior Slide Show. There is currently a demo available online highlighting the visual quality of the DVD obtained from utilizing professional 3CCD video cameras.
 

What if I don't receive my DVD?

In the rare event that your DVD does not arrive or is damaged by the postal service, please call us immediately for a replacement.
 

Is ordering online safe?

Yes. We utilize PayPal for all online ordering. For additional security information, visit PayPal's Security Center here.
 

Can I make a duplicate copy on my own if I'm worried my DVD might get scratched?

No, duplicate copies are not allowed. However, if your DVD becomes damaged, you can submit a Return Form, and we will replace it with a new DVD.
 

What if my DVD becomes scratched or damaged?

We will replace your DVD free of charge by submitting a Return Form, and we will replace it with a new DVD.
 

Do I need to pay shipping and handling?

Domestic standard shipping is free of charge. To expedite the delivery, you may select Rush Shipping for an additional $5. International shipping, however, is dependent on location and will be applied automatically to online orders.
 

When is the last day to order online or in the mail?

To avoid late payment fees, mail orders must be postmarked by the graduation date. Online orders must be completed on or before this date, as well.
 

How do you process late orders?

Late orders are subject to at least a $20 archive fee. To order online, please visit our Online Store. If you would prefer to order through the mail, you can download a Late Order Request Form.
 

Is it possible to order a DVD from 2007 or 2008?

Yes, it is possible to order a DVD from previous years. Please visit our Online Store to determine availability. DVDs from 2007 and 2008 now include a $20 archive fee.
 

What is rush shipping?

Rush shipping costs an additional $5, and you will receive your DVD within 10 business days of the graduation, opposed to standard shipping, which ships 3-4 weeks after the graduation.
 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship DVDs aynwhere in the world. You may order your DVD online and choose International Shipping at checkout through Paypal, or you can visit our International Shipping Center to order by mail, which is preferred.
